Among other things I carry a Carbon Monoxide Detector, a Flammable Gas Detector, Laser Thermometer, a Moisture Detection and Evaluation Meter and loads of other stuff. The client (usually the buyer)is encouraged to accompany me throughout the inspection and ask any and all questions. I'm a good communicator and seldom have a problem explaining a building concept in plain English. I save the technical jargon for conversations with other inspectors.
